A Garden Escape
Wedding Budget $40,000
What the couple requested and how we made it happen:
Traci was looking for a planner who could plan with a couple that had an unpredictable schedule. Because of Jamey’s work they could be called to move out of state without warning (which happened by the way)
When the bride desires a garden wedding and the groom desires an ocean wedding you find a way to blend the two. A Garden Escape with a dusty blue, green, and white color palette.

Things that went wrong and how we handled the situation to fix the problem:
Ten days before their long-awaited wedding that had been postponed due to COVID their original photographer could not be there to photograph their day. I had several conversations with the photographer days in advance. We worked hard to resolve travel restrictions and obligations that were making it difficult for the photographer to be there. Before the couple received that dreaded cancellation call 10 days before their wedding I had already contacted 3 other local photographers and had them on standby waiting for the couple to interview. Because I had already thought of plan B and plan C Traci and Jamey were able to select a new photographer in less than 24 hours. The transition was smooth and they received all the photos they desired.
Amazing personalized details:
The day was filled with meaningful personal touches from the letter that Jamey’s mom wrote to him and his future bride before she even met her. Then to the embroidered handkerchief, Traci gifted her dad that had a message she wrote him as a child. It was a day filled with so much joy and emotions.
