Before booking we'll hop on a 30 minute chat to get to know one another, gather all of your wedding details, answer any wedding questions you may have and even provide you with an insider look into planning your day!
I welcome you and your beau with a gift for two, spa treatments and sweet treats! While you enjoy your gift I'll be working on your custom online planning suite, and the process officially begins!
Our first official meeting as planner and couple, hooray! At this meeting I'll walk you through each tab of your custom planning suite, provide you with the first organizational template and provide the list of vendors that we'll interview together.
Now that your vendor team has been secured, we can nail down the details, including selecting fabric and colors for your linens, chargers to make your tables look stunning, napkin folds, chair styles, drapery, invitation design and wording, photo shot list and much more. You'll see a 3-D model of your reception space so you can visualize the beauty of all our planning.
During the last month of planning we'll have a final site visit with the venue. I'll take notes on any last minute details that need to be communicated to your vendors such as setup times or parking instructions. Back at the office all final communications with your vendors come through me. I'll be providing them their instructions for setup/breakdown, guest count, meal changes, important event times throughout the wedding weekend and final design decisions.
The day before your wedding we run through your ceremony making sure everyone in the wedding party knows when to enter, where to stand and answer any questions like do the ladies walk on the left or the right? We also distribute a detailed wedding party timeline to your Maid of Honor, Best Man and any others that way they have my contact information and know where you are to be at each moment of the day. This way you can focus on relaxing and enjoy your big day!
