What the couple requested and how we made it happen:

Amanda and Chris came to me a month before their wedding when they discovered they were in need of a team to organize and coordinate their day. When trying to design her own wedding day itinerary Amanda quickly realized there was more to it than just putting blocks of time on paper and that's when she found me. In 2 weeks I became acquainted with her vendors, scheduled delivery and set up times, confirmed all her orders and organized her wedding party itinerary so all knew their hair, makeup, and photo times.

**An amazing personalized detail:**

Fur baby pictures were important to Amanda so we made sure that she was able to have those photos even if her pup couldn't be in the actual ceremony.

Things that went wrong and how we handled the situation to fix the problem:

Oh that unpredictable FL rain! As per usual I had a backup plan in place and was forced to execute it when 2 hours before the ceremony it was still raining. We were able to set a beautiful backdrop by using the circle arch and creating an aisle lined with candles. It was beautiful, but not what Amanda had been dreaming about. I do my absolute best to make the couple's dreams happen so when the downpour finally ended 1 hour before the ceremony. My team quickly worked to relocate the arch on the beach, wipe down each ceremony chair, and get all the ceremony items in place before guests arrived. Amanda and Chris had the beach ceremony they desired and everything was perfect.
